I had a fight with my boyfriend two weeks ago in Palm Springs after a sleepless night of gambling ( no drinking ) . He jumped out of the car and refused to get back in. I drove to the nearest gas station where I was crying in my car , I guess a little out of control, but in MY car. Four sheriffs came to me and forced me to go to the hospital in an ambulance claiming I must be under the influence of something. After about 16 hours the nurse at the hospital said I could leave. I think they were still waiting on a toxiology report to come back from the lab. I don’t know. I do take pain meds for my back some times so, I don’t know if I could be in any trouble. I had taken a cab from the hospital back to my car which was still at the gas station when the cab driver told me the nurse had phoned saying I needed to come back and sign my discharge papers. I told him to tell her I would come by tommorrow and do it. I never did. Could I have a warrant or am I maybe in troulbe? I don’t know.

Dui In Riverside, Ca?
February 21st, 2010 admin My brother got pulled over because he was diving a car that matched the description of a robbery suspect. After making him back out of the car with their guns drawn, go to his knees, etc. They realized he was not the suspect but he had been drinking. They gave him a field test, decided to take him in. He was told at the jail that the breathalyzer was not working so he did a blood test. I do not know the results of the test. He is over 21, has no priors for anything, was not speeding, swerving, Etc. Just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and yes, HE PROBABLY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DRIVING. So my question is, what is he looking at as far as jail, fines, etc. Does he have any viable defense for probable cause? I hope to hear from knowledgeable lawyers, LEO’s, and people with similar situations. I know I will hear from other trolls, and they are always funny to read too, so knock yourself out trolls!

Does Anyone Know Of A Non-profit Place In Riverside County That Can Help Me?
February 6th, 2010 admin I was told to look into non-profits since sometimes they may have a couple of cars for sale for much much less than what a dealer would charge.
I’m am only asking this since I was told non-profits that sometimes do have cars that I may be able to purchase for less.
If it helps, I live in Perris on the east side of the 215 and I have not had a car since May 2003. You can also see my picture on myspace of my totaled 1992 Nissan Sentra.
